The table had been stored in a barn for several years and been used as a work bench and had items placed on it damaging it quite severely.

The white scratches are so deep that they could not be removed. However the smaller scratches came out with a lot of hard work.

Having had extensive repairs carried out to the tops and base they were cleaned and stained. When the correct colour had been achieved the entire table was re-polished, all polished surfaces were later dulled down and wax polished giving it the well cared for look that all customers should expect.
New castors and table forks replaced the worn and broken ones.
An
American Rocking Chair
The chair shown
here had been dipped stripped using caustic soda, the joints
were all loose and the grain of the wood had split open. Full
restoration was required as it had been used as a garden chair
and left outside for over two years in all weathers.
Over 45 hours of careful and painstaking work has brought this once wrecked piece of furniture back to it's former glory.

Cutlery Box
Full restoration of the box
was required together with a complete re-design of the interior
and trays in order to accommodate the present owners silver
cutlery.
The
cutlery box was discovered in an attic roof space with the silverware
missing.

Bow Fronted Chest of Drawers
This chest of drawers was found upside
down in a garage. The bottom drawer was severely damaged from
a car reversing into it. Dark varnish had been applied to all
the surfaces. After extensive work this was the result.
